  The powers that be really need to visit this show room / service centre and find out why it is so badly run. The brand is all about quality and experience yet the customer service at this branch is shocking.
  I have had to visit the branch on numerous occasions, servicing, repairs, MOT, not once have I had a pleasant experience. To keep it short, I have been told the repairs would take x time and due to them ordering wrong parts I didn’t have my car on our wedding day as planned when promised I would, I even came in the morning of the day as they said it would be ready by 11am following a failed completion the day before at 5pm, I turned up and it wasn’t! Numerous times I have asked them to check the fuel inlet (due to fuel gushing out when filled), after 3 visits requesting this not once have they looked at it. Booked in for service 2months in advance due to limited courtesy cars available, when the service day came up they had forgotten to book me one so had to rearrange. Walked in this morning for my MOT (booked on Friday afternoon, we are now the following Tuesday) whilst they squeezed me in they didn’t have it written down as an expected MOT. I am currently sat at the window watching my car being MOT’d (or not in this instance), it has been here for 1hr20mins and sat there untouched for the last 45mins. I don’t have an issue with Mercedes, just this branch!

  Bought a new car from Mercedes Ascot. Sales person had no clue about the cars features. Handover took 10 minutes. Sales person showed me indicators and 4 buttons. That's it. I complained and had a call from a business manager which asked me to come back in for a proper handover. Went back in, asked 5 questions, 4x the answer was "Sorry I don't know". I had enough, walked out and went to Mercedes Slough and asked if they could explain some stuff. Mercedes Slough were very helpful and even though they didn't sell me the car took their time and answered all my questions. Mercedes Ascot has not clue how to treat customers and the sales people have no knowledge of the cars they are selling. Will certainly never return. Worst experience from a so called Mercedes specialist.
